註二： 3.15 (b) 原文：”During the opening hours of Tin Wan Shopping Centre the Lessee shall permit members of the public including but not limited to the lessee and occupier of the Adjoining Lot and their tenants servants visitors workmen and other persons duly authorized by them in that behalf for all lawful purposes and without payment of any nature whatsover to pass and repass on foot along, up and down the Footbridge A and any temporary footbridge in lieu thereof and to enter upon and pass and repass through such part or part of the Lot or the building or buildings erected or to be erected thereon as are necessary for the purposes of gaining access to and from the Footbridge A and any temporary foot bridge in lieu thereof and the Footbridge A Portion and any temporary replacement thereof for the purposes of the temporary footbridge in lieu of the Footbridge A.” 「the Adjoining Lot」指田灣邨。

註三： 3.15 (f) 原文：”The Lessee shall allow the Housing Manager or the lessee of the Adjoining Lot their contractors workmen and other persons duly authorized by any of them, whether with or without tools, equipment or machinery at all times to go in, to, from, pass or through such part or parts of the Lot or the building or buildings erected or to be erected thereon and along, up and down the Footbridge A or such parts thereof as are necessary for the purposes of inspecting, managing, maintaining, upholding and repairing in good condition the part of the Footbridge A over government land and the Footbridge A Portion.”

註四： 3.13 (c) (ii) welfare facilities having a total gross floor area of not less than 455 square metres or such lesser total gross floor area as may be approved by the Director in writing, which facilities may include but shall not be limited to: – (I) A Dental Clinic; and (II) A Nursery School;

註五：”will landscape and plant with trees and shrubs all un-developed portion or portions of the said piece or parcel of ground and will keep such portion or portions in a clean neat and tidy condition all to be done to the satisfaction of the Director.”
